Robert Kent Burt of Longwood Fl, passed away early September 30, 2019 at the age of 63 while surrounded by loved ones.

Bob was born in Ohio on October 16, 1955 to Joann and Eugene Earl Burt. He relocated to Florida and followed his career in telecommunications engineering for Siemens in which he retired over 20 years later. Then he was able to work part time while enjoying more of his hobbies like fishing, riding his motorcycle and spending time with family.

He was married to Diana Rose Dorazio on February 21, 1981.

He is survived by his wife Diana Burt, children and their spouses Todd & Tara Burt, Kevin & Lisa Burt and Matthew & Cortney Burt, grandchildren Ava, Braeden, Aislyn, Brynlee and Callie. Brothers, Sisters, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends he has gained along the way.

The funeral service will be held at Nativity Catholic Church in Longwood Florida on Saturday October 12, 2019 at 11:00 am with celebration of life immediately following at Reiter Park in Longwood Fl.

Bob was an adventurous but loving family man that would always be there for his three boys and could be found on weekends cruising the back roads with Diana on the back of his motorcycle. As time went by and the family grew his free time included making memories with all his grandchildren.

Bob, the man, who lived life on his own terms and asked questions later, delivered homemade cinnamon rolls, gave the best hugs, had the best laugh and smile that could make anyone feel better; he will be greatly missed.
