Robert F. Bumbolow (Bob), 81, passed away on June 25,2022. He was born on July 19,1940 to Frank R. Bumbolow and Catherine R.Garibaldi in Woodside, N.Y. Bob married the love of his life Ginny Sheehan on July 8,1972.

He worked as a Print Production Manager, Academic Press for 34 years and a Detention Service Officer for Orange County Corrections Dept. for 10 years before retiring.

Bob is survived by his devoted wife, Ginny, two loving sons Robert J.(Emily) and Thomas F. and a Granddaughter Zoe. He is predeceased by his sister Cathy. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Bob was a member of St. Mary Magdalen since 1983. He participated in Re-membering Catholics Coming Home, Minister of the Sick, Pastoral Care Giver, Advent Hospital, Community Fest, and prayer angels. He was an avid reader of scriptures, watching daily mass and praying the rosary.
His hobbies included reading military history, researching historical memoribibilia and H-O trains.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on 7/16/22 at 11:00 a.m with a reception to follow at DeGusipe Funeral Home, Maitland Chapel.
