Rita Lynn Settle 59, of Deltona, Florida passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023. Rita was born on July 13, 1963, in Winter Park, Florida to the late Harold Rockwell Blalack and Barbara Anne Blalack.
Rita is survived by her daughter; Samantha Lynn Settle; her furry companion, Lila, Brother, Clark Blalack, and Sister, Loretta Enfinger, She was preceded in death by her sister, Andrea Blalack and Mother Barbara Blalack.
Her smile and personality lights up any room she entered. She will be missed by her family and friends.
