Obituary

Richard "Dick" Loman, 76 of Winter Springs, Florida passed away peacefully on Monday, December 1, 2014. He was born June 27, 1938 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Walter and Elizabeth Loman. Dick is survived and missed by his loving wife Cindy, his son Ron, Granddaughters Ashley and Taylor, Great Grandson Ayden and Nephews Walt and Bill Loman.

Dick along with his brother Bill owned and operated Dairy Queens in Missouri and Arkansas. Once retired he worked as a School Crossing Guard for the Seminole County Sheriff's office.

He was a Shriner and bound by their commitment to family, engaging in ongoing personal growth, and dedicated to providing care for children and families in need.

His passions consisted of walks on the beach, golf and college football. He was a loyal Florida State Fan and never missed watching their games.

There will be a Family & Friends Gathering on Saturday, December 13, 2014 from 1pm to 2pm at DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 9001 N. Orlando Ave., Maitland, FL 32751 with a Celebration of Life Service to follow from 2pm to 3pm.
