Richard Kay, age 59 of Deltona, Florida, passed away on May 27, 2021. Richard was born on December 19, 1961 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Richard Arnold and Jendeanna Cecelia (Berent) Kay.

Richard was preceded in death by his father and grandchild Addison McKinley Kay.

He is survived by his wife Kimberly A. (Kulich) Kay, mother Jendeanna Kay, daughters Jennifer Catherine (Jeffrey) Onyski, Nicole Elizabeth (Adam) Kay-Mindick, Amy Jendeanna Kay, and son Richard David (Stephanie) Kay; grandchildren Logan, Aiden, Conor, Emma and Gwenevere; his siblings Judith (Glen) Perye and Karen Owens; and his faithful dog Frankie Kay.

Visitation will be held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory, 9001 N. Orlando Ave., Maitland, FL 32751.

Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at St. James Cathedral, 215 N Orange Ave Orlando, FL 32801.

Burial to follow Mass at 4:00pm at Queen of Angels Cemetery, 1901 Queen of Angels Drive, Winter Park, FL 32792.
