Richard Cary Bendall, 78, of Sanford, FL, and Jupiter, FL. He was born November 27, 1938 to Raymond C. Bendall and Marjorie (Devine) Bendall in Schenectady, NY. He is survived by his wife, Susan (Welcome) Bendall as well as two brothers, James Bendall and Ronald Bendall of Schenectady, NY. He is preceded in death by his sister, MaryAnn (Bendall) Creighton.

He attended Christian Brothers Academy in Albany, NY as well as the University of Notre Dame. He graduated from Siena College in 1961. He received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 1968 and he practiced law in Schenectady until 1995. He later worked for Smith Barney in Palm Beach, FL as head of Wealth Management, until his retirement.

He leaves behind daughters Sloane (Bendall) Udell and Samantha (Bendall) Costanzo, son in-laws Harran Udell and Alex Constanzo, and 5 grandchildren, Connor Udell, Cade Udell, Cole Udell, Annabelle Costanzo and Quinn Constanzo.
A Mass of Resurrection will be held at All Souls Chapel, 800 S. Oak Avenue, Sanford, Florida at 11 am on Saturday, February 18th.
