Raymond Lee Siegel, 71, of Windermere Florida, went home to be with the Lord on January 1, 2016. He was born on September 21, 1944 and was the son of the late Raymond and Alice Siegel of Berwick Pennsylvania. Lee served in the National Guard and then went on to work for his father in the family plumbing business for many years. He also worked at Pennsylvania Power and Light for several years before moving to Windermere, Florida in 1985. After moving to Florida he was employed at Walt Disney World, as well as having his own plumbing business where he was loved by all of his customers...them even waiting for him if he was out sick or on vacation, saying "we don't want anyone but Lee in our home." Lee was passionate about fishing and hunting, as well as traveling and spending time with family. He most enjoyed moments spent with the grandchildren. His fun, joking ways and genuine care for others will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 50 years, Kathy Ann Davis Siegel; his daughters Suzanne Szelengiewicz and husband David of Groveland, Florida; Jennifer Coon and husband Steve of Windermere, Florida; his grandchildren, Tyler Szelengiewicz, Logan Coon, Parker Coon, Stephen Coon, and Benjamin Coon; his great grandchildren, Luke and Ethan Szelengiewicz; and his brother, Jim Siegel of Berwick, Pennsylvania. A celebration of life service will be held at 1pm on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at First Baptist Church Orlando in Henry Chapel. Pastor Jim Henry will officiate. There will be a reception directly after where family will receive friends and serve Lee's favorite food - desserts. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Lee's name to either First Baptist Church Orlando Foundation, 3000 S. John Young Parkway, Orlando 32805, or Hospice of the Comforter, 605 Montgomery Rd., Altamonte Springs 32714.
