On Sunday, August 18th, Raymond Joseph Issa, beloved by his family and friends, passed away at the age of 62. Raymond was born January 21st, 1957 in St. Louis Missouri to Raymond and Carolyn. Raymond was a natural born salesman and sold cars for many years in central Florida. On December 8th 1999, he married Julie Hock. They initially met on a blind date in 1991 and then on a chance meeting five years later they ran into each other, were together ever since, and married in 1999.

Raymond was a kind, generous, artistic and hard-working man. Over the past ten years, he put much of his energy into creating a successful golf cart resale business called Issa's Resales. He also loved to collect unusual relics and was very proud of his "finds". Raymond had a special gift of relating to and entertaining everyone around him. He was meticulous in his workmanship and was a fair and honest businessman. Raymond was known for his high energy, thoughtfulness and soft heart.

Raymond is preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife, Julie . Sisters Roxanna Elking (Dennis), Denise Deutsch (Dickie), Cherie Dunn (Brian), Brothers Tony Issa (Nancy) and Marty Issa (Beth) Brother in law Jerry Hock (Jennifer), Sisters in law Jeannie Hock-Schiff, Joni Russell (Doug), Joy Ibbotson (Chad) and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
Raymond's family and friends will gather at the Osteen Civic Center 165 New Smyrna Blvd, Osteen on Saturday, September 21st from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm remember and celebrate his life.
