Obituary

It is with overwhelming sadness we announce the sudden passing of Randal Gonzalez, July 2022.

He forever leaves a huge hole in the hearts of his family, friends and all who knew him and encountered his kind gentle spirit and infectious smile. He was a Son, Brother, Grandson, Uncle, Nephew, Cousin and Friend to so many.

Affectionately known as "Randy", he was born November 23rd 1991 to Linda and Edward Gonzalez. He is also survived by his Sister Jennifer, Brother Austin, Grandmother Terry, Nephew Kairo and all his Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Randy had a true passion for cooking. Whether he was making empanadas with Dad mixing fresh dough through the pasta machine, or just a simple dish from scratch, he took pride and joy in his masterful creations. He loved fishing, which always put a smile on his face no matter how big or small the catch. His brother Austin has numerous stories to share of their fishing adventures, those were some of their most memorable times. He always looked forward to visiting his mom on the Ocean, not because he wanted to spend time on the beach, but because he couldn't wait to get out and fish with her on the coastline. The drive to visit Mom was also an excuse to spend more time in his Subaru. Anyone who knew Randy knew that was his dream car, and he was so proud of it he wouldn't hesitate to let you know. He loved to share fun facts about cars, something his sister had no clue about, but listened in on nonetheless. He was a special gift to his Big Sister. He was her first brother, a genuine love and a nurtured bond. To her, he will always be her baby brother, and to him, his 'Sissy'.

The heartfelt love we have for you Randy, cannot be described with any words or actions. Your smile will forever warm our hearts as we try to find peace in the best of memories that we will cherish for our lifetime, and know that you are in a better place.

The family would like to invite all of you to join in the celebration of Randy's life and memories.
