Phylis Jean (Leffingwell) Centrella passed away at age 71 on March 2, 2019 in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Phylis was born to Henry G Leffingwell and Anna M Leffingwell on February 6, 1948 in Sheffield, Massachusetts.

She leaves as her legacy 2 children, Paul Crandlemire & Carrie Kelly, her mother Anna M Leffingwell, 4 grandchildren, Bethany, Shelby, Michael, Sarah and great grandchildren. Her children remember her as a strong, hard working, independent woman who had many jobs while raising them as a single parent.

She was preceded in death by Henry G Leffingwell (father) Richard Leffingwell (brother), Annora Leffingwell (sister) Russell Leffingwell (brother), and Ronald Leffingwell (brother).
