Philip Donald Spies' Obituary
Philip Donald Spies "Pappy", 79, of Casselberry, Florida passed away
on Friday, July 3, 2015. Phil was born September 14, 1935 in Laona,
Wisconsin to Helen and Philip Henry Spies. He is survived by beloved
wife Eileen; children Susan, Sharon, Aaron and Mark; his 9
grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
The most important thing in Phil's life was his family and especially
his grandchildren. He loved to be outdoor drinking coffee and
enjoying his retirement. Phil was a great friend and always worked
hard to provide for his family. He will be greatly missed by all.
A Gathering of Friends will be held on Friday, July 17th from 6-8pm at
DeGusipe Funeral Home 9001 N Orlando Avenue Maitland, FL 32751. A
funeral mass will be held on Saturday, July 18th at 10am at St. Mary
Magdalen Catholic Church 861 Maitland Ave, Altamonte Springs, FL
32701.
