Paul Jerome Moneuse was born in North Bergen, New Jersey to Elie and Marguerite Moneuse. He attended Leonia High School in Leonia New Jersey where he played football and met his forever love Joy C Ruggiero. Paul attended college at Fairleigh-Dickinson University in New Jersey and University of Tampa, Tampa , Florida. After college Paul served his country for the US Army, stationed at Fort Knox Kentucky finishing his service as an elite member of the CIC ( Counter Intelligence Corp). Paul worked in the Industrial Kitchen Equipment business until the early 1970's when he opened his own industrial kitchen equipment business, Moneuse Sales Agency, now successfully managed by his two sons.
Paul is survived by his 3 children, Paul Jr, Lisa and Chris Moneuse, 8 grandchildren, Blake, Adam and Sean Safford, Paolino , Daniela and Marco Moneuse, Max and Emma Moneuse and his first great grandson Luke Safford.
