Patrick D. Burnsworth, 57, of Carmichaels, PA, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024, in Uniontown Hospital.
Patrick was born on September 2, 1966, the son of Denzel and Evelyn (Dudzak) Burnsworth.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his twin brother, Michael Burnsworth.
Patrick served in the United States Marine Corp. He was the owner of Fay-West Company Glass.
Patrick is survived by his children, Brandi Jones of Carmichaels, Kate Burnsworth of Pittsburgh, and Michael Burnsworth of Carmichaels, and 4 grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of the DeGusipe Funeral Home and Crematory, 65 North Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, PA, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD. Interment is private.
