Patricia "Patty" Jane Scroggins, 80, went to be with her Lord Feb, 13, 2019.
Patty was born, August 13, 1938 in Enid, Okla. To F.F. Bud and Beulah (Lorg) Driever.
She married Vance AFB, Enid student pilot, Jack D. Scroggins on June 20, 1958 after meeting at a First Baptist Sunday School Event.
After marriage, they moved to California where she worked for Parker Aerospace.
Jack and Patty attended Calvary Chapel of Irvine.
Patty's love, Jack, passed away December 15, 2009. Her beautiful community in California loved her and kept her blessed and busy during this time. Her love of baking, crocheting, sewing and giving to others kept her constantly busy. Patty loved everyone and loved the neighborhood dogs. Each dog knew to stop at Patty's door to receive their daily treat when they would go on their walk. If a dog would go missing in the neighborhood, everyone knew to go to Patty's house.
After her younger sister De experienced the loss of her husband, she asked Patty to make a move and join her in Orlando. Both sisters adored each other and never missed a day of calling each other. Patty packed with the help of family and made the move December 2017. On the move she made a stop in her beloved home state of Oklahoma. She was excited to visit Enid, stay with family and have a family reunion. She then traveled on to Florida where she was able to travel around Florida and visit Atlanta with De. While she was in Florida, she attended the First Baptist Church of Winter Garden.
She is survived by her loving sister Deanna Mosher and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
She is preceded by her parents, spouse and three sisters: Joan Ruhl, Infant sister Doris Driever, Jean Bowers Ford.
She will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn-Hollywood Hills.
