Patricia Ann Garrison was born January 2, 1946 in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, to Joseph and Sara. She remained in Pennsylvania until December, 1962, when she was married to Walter Macioszek (becoming Patricia Ann Macioszek), and moved to Ohio to raise children.

She was a strong willed woman, but equally kind and generous. On January 29, 2018, at 2:15pm, she lost her battle with cancer.

She is survived by four children: Timothy Wade, Thomas Stanley, Sherri Ann and Steven Lee. She is also survived by two sisters: Doris Murray and Maymie Burns, who she loved dearly.

She was a good wife, great mother, and dear friend to all that knew her. Her favorite conversations were always memories of her childhood and her family, and we would all laugh and smile often with her stories.

Not being one to attract attention to herself, her wishes were to have no ceremony, and to be cremated.
