Patricia Ann Johnston, 81, of Orlando, Florida, native to Kissimmee, Florida, born June 24, 1942, in Bloomington, Ill., passed away at 07:35 p.m. Friday, September. 29,2023, at her granddaughter, Nicole's home surrounded by family in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Johnston had many trades, from trucking to waitressing, retiring at age 53. Patricia was faithful to First Baptist Church of Poinciana, as a Sunday School Teacher. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was survived by; her children, Brian Johnston Sr of Orlando Florida, Brett Johnston of Bloomington ,Ill , and Sarah Johnston of Orlando, Florida. Her siblings; Pam (Emil) Ludy of El Paso, Ill., James (Jill) Jarrett of Monticello, Ind., Dave (Julie) Jarrett of Virginia Beach, Va., and Nancy (Roger) Shoup of Maryville, Ill. Her 10 grandchildren; Brandon Johnston, Dale Washington ,Nicole Washington, Travis Johnston, Abigail Johnston, Tiffany Johnston, Brian Johnston Jr., Shariah Johnston, Shadia Johnston, and Dante Ward. Her 9 great- grandchildren Serenity Washington, Ryley Philpot, Josiah Washington, Jeremiah Washington, Audree Philpot, Apryl Johnston, Alayna Johnston, Carsyn Johnston, and Blakely Johnston. Patricia is preceded in death by; by her parents Ruth and James Jarret, her spouse Charles "Skip" Johnston, and her granddaughter Brianna Johnston.

Viewing/Funeral: A public viewing/Celebration of Life service will be held at 1P.M.-5P.M. Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023, at DeGusipe Funeral & Crematory, 9001 Orlando Ave, Maitland, Florida 32751.
