Patricia Jane Sagastizabal (known also as 'Pat Gasti') age 81, passed away on May 16, 2016 in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Pat was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on February 7, 1935 to George A. and Alice B. Harris.

Pat led a successful career in real estate throughout Central Florida for over forty years. She received her real estate license in 1970 and as a broker opened Pat Gasti Properties in 1983.

A woman of great strength and character Pat could often be heard quoting..."If at first you don't succeed, try, try again" as well as "Don't look for difficulty in the opportunity; look for opportunity in the difficulty!"

Pat loved New England and the beach. Over the years she enjoyed life in Orlando, Ponce Inlet and Cape Cod.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Aniceto 'Gasti' Sagastizabal, and four of their six children - Eileen, Maureen, Christopher and Daniel. Pat was preceded in death by two sons - Rafael and Aniceto, Jr.

The family welcomes all memorials, but encourages friends to consider gifts of donation in honor of Pat to the American Diabetes Association and Hospice of the Comforter in Altamonte Springs, Florida. These institutions were important to Pat in her final days.
