Olivia Christine Condon [Nee Lyons], affectionately known as Libbie, aged 94, departed this life on May 25, 2024 in Pinellas Park, Florida. Born on December 21, 1929, in Camden, Arkansas. She carried the grace of her southern roots throughout her long and fulfilled life. Libbie shall be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her. Her legacy endures in the hearts of those she touched. She is survived by her son Michael Condon [Linda] of Fayetteville, Georgia; her daughter Deborah Ingram [Henry] of Largo, Florida; two granddaughters Christine and Tiffany Morse of Springfield, Ma.; a great granddaughter Lauren Moore and a great grandson Lucas Moore of Springfield, Ma., and a brother Gilbert Lyons of Colorado. Sadly she was predeceased by her parents, brother, sister and her faithful Companion Tiffany, her precious dog. She also leaves very special friends here in Florida. They are Patrick Obrien, Dennis Sims, Missy [Anne] Owens and Michelle Moore. Olivia proudly served her country enlisting in the United States Air Force in 1951 and was honorably discharged in 1955. Prior to moving to Florida, she retired as a bookkeeper from the Town of Manchester, Ct. Olivia was a Juried Artist who displayed and sold her jewelry here in Pinellas County the last of which she did at Pass-a-Grille Beach as recently as December 21, 2019 on her 90th Birthday. The family would like to thank the staff at American House in St. Petersburg where she resided the last few years and also the staff at Suncoast Mid Pinellas Hospice Care Center for their kind and compassionate care. A service will be held on Monday, July 08, 2024 at 12:30pm at Bay Pines National Veterans Cemetery located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, St. Petersburg, Florida. If anyone wishes to make a donation to honor her memory, her favorite charity was St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
