Norme Alberto Torres Sr. born in Ponce PR on 1/6/1945 to Epifanio Torres and Gonzala Segarra who is survived by his wife Luz M. Torres his son Norme A. Torres Jr, daughter Linda Y. Torres-Vargas, grandsons Christopher, Norme, Rico & Gabriel, granddaughters Morgan, Alicia, Gabrielle & Acacia, great granddaughters Elyse, Elyana, Elysabella, Aliyah, Esther & Gia.

He lived a very fruitful and prosperous life as a hardworking and very respected individual. The many lessons, jokes, words of wisdom and laughter he shared with us all will never be forgotten. A man of deep pride who taught and inspired all of us to be who we are today. It is with heavy hearts that we share our loss. He taught us to be strong, never give up and most important never look back. The best husband, dad and grandpa anyone could ask for. Papi will be missed and we look forward to meeting you again in heaven.

Luz M. Torres born in Coamo, PR on 5/26/1951 to Atilano Colon DeJesus and Ada Ramos who is survived her son Norme A. Torres Jr, daughter Linda Y. Torres-Vargas, grandsons Christopher, Norme, Rico & Gabriel, granddaughters Morgan, Alicia, Gabrielle & Acacia, great granddaughters Elyse, Elyana, Elysabella, Aliyah, Esther & Gia.

She was known by many and a mother to all. Always willing and open, to love everyone as if they were her own. There was never a time that anyone would leave her house without being fed. The most important thing is that her heart was big enough to receive any family member with open arms regardless of the circumstance. She taught us through her actions and strength that real love is patient, suffers long, and never fails. Her legacy will continue to live with her family forever and generations to come. Mami will be missed and we look forward to meeting you again in heaven.
