Norman "Norm" Booth, 72, of Orlando, Florida, passed away on June 9, 2023, following a brief illness. Norm was born on February 9, 1951, in Tampa, Florida, to Auxier and Evelyn Booth. He graduated from Kubasaki High School, in Okinawa, Japan, and went on to attend Valencia College in Orlando, FL.
Norm had a successful career, serving as an Orange County Deputy Sheriff, in Orlando, FL, from 1971 to 2006. After retiring from law enforcement, he worked at Falcon Termite & Pest Control from 2007 to 2008, and then at the State of Florida DDS Department of Health from 2009 until his retirement in December 2022.
In his free time, Norm enjoyed fishing and spending time with his wife and kids. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Booth, his son Jared Booth, and his daughter Jamie Caroline. He was preceded in death by his parents, Auxier and Evelyn Booth.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2023, from 6:00-8:00 pm, at the Orlando Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, located at 500 S Semoran Blvd in Orlando, FL 32807.
