Norma Gail Wiggins, 71, of St. Petersburg passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at home with her loving family at her side. She is the loving mother of Garrett and Tina Sosa; devoted grandmother of Donald Bardales II and Steven Couzens; great grandmother of Zoey and Carter. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, January 20 from 1 PM until service time at 2 P.M. Interment will be at a later date.
