Nora Cristina Milicevic was born on November 2, 1946, and died on November 25, 2017. She was the devoted wife of her husband Jose for 45 years. She was the loving mother of her eldest daughter Maria and son-in-law Nick Burrafato and younger daughter Alejandra (Allie) and son-in-law Charlie. She was "Abu" to her cherished grandchildren Danielle, Caroline, Sebastian, and Cole. Nora is survived by her older sister Lylian and her younger brother Ricardo. Nora emigrated from her hometown of Montevideo, Uruguay in 1980 to the United States. Nora was a home-maker and helped run the family business: JM Automobile Repair. Her passion was art; she adored creating boxes and painting nature scenes. She especially loved when Danielle and Caroline took part in painting with her. She loved hosting family and friends over when her daughters were growing up. She loved watching her older granddaughter Danielle work hard in everything she does, Caroline dance and tumble, and Sebastian run and play about the house. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Nora's life at DeGusipe Funeral Home on December 2, 2017, with a gathering beginning at 1:00 PM and the service beginning at 2:00 PM with a reception to follow.
