Noemi Ramos Ramirez, age 98 of Altamonte Springs, Florida, passed away on February 14, 2021. Noemi was born on February 14, 1923 in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Jose Ramos and Carmen Mercado.
She is survived by her daughter Norma Serrano and son Peter (Mary) Ramirez.
Receiving of family and friends will be held from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, February 20, 2021 with a Funeral Service from 12:00 pm at DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory, 9001 N. Orlando Ave., Maitland, FL 32751.
