Natalie Marie Cecchini, 61, passed away surrounded by family on Sunday, December 7, 2025, after a battle with cancer.
Natalie was born in Winchester, Virginia, on December 30, 1963, the daughter of Natale Cecchini II and Rose (Journic) Cecchini.
Natalie was a 1981 graduate of Bethlehem Center High School. She then went off to beauty school and had a hair salon in Fredericktown, PA for 20 years. Natalie enjoyed making others look and feel their best.
Natalie was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, but that did not stop her from having a bubbly and kind demeanor. Natalie had a free spirit and loved to travel. She was artistic and enjoyed to paint. She was a huge Nascar fan, and her brother Chickie would jokingly call her "Nascar Natalie." Natalie was also a huge animal lover. She had many dogs throughout the years who were her fur babies. Natalie never had any children but was very close to her niece Joceyln whom she had loved and treated like her own. The quote "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel" by Maya Angelou is a great example of Natalie. She moved with kindness, and everyone who knew her felt it.
Natalie is preceded in death by her father, Natale Cecchini II, grandparents, Natale Cecchini and Katherine Packrall, and grandparents, Andrew Journic and Rose Yoskey.
Natalie is survived by her mother, Rose Marie Cecchini, brother Natale "Chickie" Cecchini III, niece Jocelyn Cecchini and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and her beloved dog, Casie.
Arrangements are private and under the direction of the DeGusipe Funeral Home, 65 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, PA, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD. Interment is private.
