Miriam Florence Timmes passed away September 6, 2021. She was born Sept. 19, 1925 in Rockville Center Long Island, New York to Henry and Mae Hebenstreit. She attended St. Agnes High School.

She married John F. Timmes (deceased in 2001) in 1954 at St. Margaret Mary Parish in Winter Park, Florida where they both were active members until their deaths.

Miriam is survived by her two sons John B. Timmes (Mary) and Deacon Bill Timmes (Concetta). Grandchildren Kateri, Stephen, Regina, Jack and Nathan (who preceded her in death). Great grandchildren Annie and Luke.

Miriam was a loving and caring Wife, Mother and Grandmother. Her faith and her family were her priorities and she cherished them most dearly.

A Visitation and Vigil will take place at DeGusipe Funeral Home in Maitland on Sunday, Sept. 12 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm

A Funeral Mass will take place Monday, Sept. 13th at St. Margaret Mary Church at 11:00am. Reception to follow in the Family Life Center at St. Margaret Mary Church.

Internment 1:30pm at Glen Haven Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Bishop Moore Catholic High School, 3901 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, FL 32804.
