Millie was born in Buffalo, New York to Harry T. Gillman and Mildred Katherine Georgina Winegar Gillman on April 19, 1935. She was involved in Habitat for Humanity, The Evans Scholars Foundation, and First Presbyterian Church of Vero Beach as a long time member and past Deacon.
