Mildred L. Fowler passed away peacefully on the evening of Monday,August 20, 2018 at the Life Care Center of Altamonte Springs, Florida. Mildred, known as Millie and Ludy, was born and raised in Portsmouth, Ohio, married and moved to Dayton, Ohio where she was a loyal wife and wonderful mother, and later retired to Oviedo, Florida. Millie's final resting place will be in Wheelersburg, Ohio near her parents, and beside her husband Paul and son Michael. She is survived by her two sons, four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
