Obituary

Miguel A. Beltran passed away Dec. 06, 2024, he was 54 years old.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Maria, and brother, John.
Miguel is survived by his loving wife, Rachel; 6 Children, Brandi, Joseph, Timothy, Sarah, Griffin, and Quintin; Three grandchildren, Kenny, Amaya, and Melody; two brothers, Alex and Carlos; and a multitude of friends who he considered family. He had a deep love for his family.
Miguel was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico and raised in New York shortly after his birth. Later in life, Miguel moved to St. Petersburg, FL and then met his wife, Rachel. He relocated to the Louisville, KY area, married his wife at St. Margaret Mary parish and settled there until, as a family, it was decided to move back to Florida.
Miguel loved working for Humana in both the HR department and DCAV department. He spoke often of his current team and supervisor during his time in the hospital and missed working with them. Miguel also had a love for all things Disney and was a passholder, walking the parks while in FL and losing over 100lbs doing so prior to his admission into the hospital. Miguel was also a member of the Knights of Columbus (3rd degree) and enjoyed serving as a Knight both at St Louis Bertrand in Louisville, KY and St James Cathedral in Orlando, FL. He was in the middle of moving to Corpus Christi parish in Celebration, FL when he was admitted to the hospital.
Miguel fought long and hard at the hospital trying to recover his health after numerous health issues. As his family says, he is the strongest man they have ever known.
Miguel had a deep love for the Church and God, joining the Catholic faith, being Baptized in 2019 at St Louis Bertrand in Louisville, KY. He especially had a devotion to the Rosary and loved listening to Mother Angelica's Rosary as a child prior to coming to the Faith. Miguel passed away listening to the Rosary and wearing the Brown Scapular.
The funeral is scheduled for Saturday December 14, 2024, 10:30am at Corpus Christi Celebration, FL. The link for the Livestream is https://facebook.com/celebrationcatholic/live .
