Mike passed peacefully on April 20, 2022 at age 72, surrounded by his loving family after a long valiant battle with Covid.

Mike was born in Niagara Falls, NY on March 9, 1950 and married his high school sweetheart Michele Sarkissian in 1970. They moved to Altamonte Springs, FL in 1983 and enjoyed a joyful life full of love, laughter, and many happy memories with family and friends.

Mike is survived by his adoring wife and best friend of 52 years, Michele, his loving sons Michael Jr (Rebeccah), Marc, and grandson Jack Michael. Also a close knit extended family including brother Richard (Beverly) Moriarty, sister Judy (Eric) Jefferys, brother-in-law Vaughn (Chris) Sarkissian, sister-in-law Lori (Harry) Roberts, Aunt Betty Robbins, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents Timothy and Lillian Moriarty, and brother Tim Moriarty.

Mike was extremely close to and proud of his 2 sons Mike and Marc and especially loved fishing and vacationing with them, and they enjoyed many trips together along with family and friends.

Mike had an infectious laugh and a quick wit, and loved a good party, where he was usually the last to leave. He was a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan and also an avid Miami Hurricanes fan. Mike's love of Christmas was evident in his extensive Christmas decorations which grew bigger every year and lit up the neighborhood. He was a great cook and loved entertaining and cooking for his family and friends, and always enjoyed playing euchre.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal. Until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand.
