Melvin Chandler Jr. age 63 passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2015. He was born on December 23, 1951 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He is preceded in death by his parents, Melvin Chandler Sr. and Elaine Chandler. Mr. Chandler is survived by his son, Melvin Chandler III of Orlando, FL and his daughter, Stacey Hall of Blakely, GA; sisters, Mary Scalf, Beverly Bonner, and Alice Driggers; brother, Dwight Chandler; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was a member of Hilton United Methodist. Visitation for Mr. Chandler will be held at Liberty Assembly of God in Blakely, GA from 11 am-1 pm, immediately followed by the service, then directly to the graveside service.
