Melissa Carol Fryer was born on on August 22nd, 1950 in Warren, Ohio to Mr. and Mrs. Arlis D. McAllister and passed away on May 3rd, 2022 in Sanford, FL. She was the co-owner of The Market Restaurant with her adoring family.

Melissa is preceded in death by her beloved spouse Gary Allen Fryer, her parents Arlis D. McAllister and Betty Isabelle McAllister née Sando, her brothers Russell and Samuel McAllister, her sister Jessie McAllister and her dearly loved granddaughter Melissa Irene Fryer.

She is survived by her daughters Sandy (Clyde) Jackson and Patty (Mark) Hall, her sons Thomas W. Fryer and Robert Fryer. Mrs. Fryer is also survived by her eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
