With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Meena 'Miniben' Dalal, who left this world on June 7, 2025, at the age of 67.

Born on December 23, 1957, Miniben lived a life filled with love, laughter, and authenticity. She was a truly one-of-a-kind soul whose presence left a lasting mark on all who knew her.

Miniben was an adored firecracker — someone who meant what she said and said what she meant. Her sassy wit, sharp mind, and natural street smarts made her unforgettable. She had a way of making people laugh, feel seen and feel right at home all at once with just her smile.

A proud night owl, Miniben loved her late-night TV marathons and late night phone calls with her friends. Her love for pani poori was legendary — nothing made her smile quite like that perfect bite.

She had a big heart and an even bigger family who loved and cared for her deeply. She thrived in the company of others and gave love as effortlessly as she received it. Her amazing cooking brought people together, her honesty earned respect, and her warmth made everyone feel like family, everyone!

Miniben will be remembered for her strength, her spirit, and her ability to make ordinary moments magical. Her memory will live on in every shared laugh, every favorite dish, and every story told with love.

She is survived by her loving husband, Shailesh Dalal; daughters Nisha Shah (Rajesh) of Orlando, FL, and Bhavita Bhatt (Tejas) of Mumbai, India; grandson Anay Shah; granddaughters Anya Shah, Prisha Bhatt, and Priana Bhatt; and her beloved mother, Nila Malbari.

Miniben will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
