May Valentine Sanoy, age 56 of Altamonte Springs, FL passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2015.

She was born in Manila, Philippines on November 3, 1958. May graduated from California State Polytechnic University (Cal Poly Pomona) with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management.

May worked many years for Florida Hospital in the Asset Management Department as a Buyer. While previously in California, she worked for the Westin/Starwood Hotel group starting at the front desk and eventually landing in Reservation Management.

May loved books, movies and music. Her favorite singer was Clay Aiken. She and her fellow "Claymates" spent many enjoyable hours attending his concerts, fundraisers and galas across the country.

She was survived by her parents, Misael and Isabelle Sanoy; her siblings Marion Plumlee, Mark Sanoy and Morna Sanoy; her nephews Ryan Plumlee and Maddox Alva Sanoy; and her niece Rebecca Plumlee.

Funeral arrangements will be held at DeGusipe Funeral Home, 9001 N. Orlando Avenue, Maitland, Florida 32751, October 30, 2015. Viewing is from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The service is from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, with a Reception immediately following
