Maurice Simpson, age 73, of Sorrento, Florida, passed away on September 18, 2021. Maurice was born on July 26, 1948 in Johannesburg, South Africa, the son of Alec Simpson and Mary Shahim.

Maurice was a visionary. He loved the outdoors and pickleball was a favorite hobby of his. He was very adventurous with a playful sense of humor. He was a dedicated, loving and loyal family man with a great work ethic.

He is survived by his mother; wife Alice Patricia (Khoury) Simpson, daughters: Chantel Dalabona, and Cassandra Thomas; and son Sheldon Simpson.
