Maureen Bessette, 75, of Orlando, FL, formerly of Mapleville, RI, died peacefully after her battle with cancer on January 13, 2016 at Cornerstone Hospice Care in Orlando, FL. She was born October 18, 1940 to Vivian Ducharme Dwyer and the late Richard Dwyer. Maureen "Mo" has been married for 54 years to her husband, Robert Bessette and is suvived by her four children, Lisa Egdorf of Cypress, TX, Michele Reall of Orlando, FL, John Bessette of Danville, CA, and Kevin Bessette of Leland, NC. Survivors also include her two sisters, Karen Edmondson of Anchorage, AK and Judy Hall of Chepachet, RI, three grandaughters, Amanda, Chloe and Kelli and her seven grandsons, Patrick, CJ, Steve, Sean, Ryan, Connor and Jake.
Maureen will be missed for her wit, laughter, advice and beautiful smile, as well as her love of reporting the weather to all her family members and sharing her knowledge and opinions of politicians (those liked and disliked!)
