Matthew Mansfield Markusic, age 78 of Altamonte Springs, Florida Passed away on April 20, 2019. Matthew was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Markusic, parents Pete and Clara Markusic and sister, Dorothy Pytel. He is survived by his daughter; Marguerite Markusic, son; Peter Markusic and his wife Kristan Markusic, daughter; Catherine Markusic, daughter; Christine Hiss (deceased Scott Hiss) and son; Matthew Markusic, grandchildren; Victoria Hiss, (fiancé ,Adrian Amayo) Matthew Markusic, Christopher Markusic, Emily Markusic, Nolan Hiss, and Rileigh Hiss, sisters; Liz Chodkiewicz, Francie Denk.

Matthew was born on March 4,1941 in Morgantown, West Virginia. He graduated from John Marshall High School and then went on to join the United States Navy. He married Patricia Markusic on June 12,1965 and began their family of five children.
After time in the Navy he held a position as a bus driver for Greyhound. This career ended with a permeant residence in Altamonte Springs Fl where he and his family grew through the years. Upon retirement from Greyhound Bud then started his own Security business known as Royal Security. He retired in 2018.

Since 1976 Matthew was a parishioner of St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church. The viewing will be held on Friday May 3 from 10am-11am at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church and a funeral Mass will be celebrated following at 11am. A reception will follow the celebration of the funeral Mass.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St .Mary Magdalen Catholic Church and or All Souls Catholic Church Education Scholarships.
