Mathew Lee Clark, 42, of Uniontown, PA, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at the Uniontown Hospital.

Mathew was born on June 17, 1983 in Uniontown, PA.

Mathew is preceded in death by his parents Mike (Putt) and Rita (Clark) Pitula.

Left to cherish his memory are his siblings Michael, Jennifer and Annie Pitula and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Matthew was well known by every single staff member and most residents of the center. He was always smiling, sharing his positive spirit, and often greeting folks at the door of the center with a smile and a "hello."

Matthew helped to make the center more than a facility; he made it his community. His community will greatly miss him.

I would personally like to thank all the employees, Dr. Conley and staff, residents and family members for their kindness and exceptional care they provided Matt.

Arrangements are being handled by DeGusipe Funeral Home and Crematory, 65 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, PA, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD. Interment is private, a Celebration of Life will be planned for September.
