Mrs Doris Kumanchik died peacefully in her home in Sanford, Florida on December 27, 2017 at the age of 96.
Doris is survived by her four sons Dale, Dean, Dwight and Dalin Kumanchik. Doris is preceded in death by husband Alfred Kumanchik and her brother Michael Esquivel.

Doris was born on April 25, 1921 in Elizabeth, New Jersey to Gonzalo Esquivel and Josefina Murillo. She met Alfred in southern France during their tour of duty in 1945. She married Alfred in 1947 and lived in Pittsburgh for three years. They then moved to Florida and lived in Miami, Dunnellon, and Sanford.

A funeral is scheduled for January 27, 2018, 10 AM at All Souls Catholic Church. Father Gilbert Medina will preside over the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Doris's life. Flowers and condolences may be sent to 800 South Oak Avenue, Sanford, Florida.
