Marilyn Louise Highsmith bounded into this life on April 5, 1956 in Macon, Georgia, the third child of Edwin McKoy and Marilyn Rogers Highsmith. Her childhood photos and family confirm that Lynn was happy to be here. As Lynn grew into a beautiful young woman, her relationships with her family also grew and she picked up friends like some people pick flowers - in abundance!

Her family and friends were so very dear to Lynn. She loved taking photos at every occasion, making sure people received copies. She remembered birthdays and shared holidays by sending cards, always with personal note or "Thought for the Day." She also loved to reminisce about people in her life and her trips back to Georgia to visit family were some of her most cherished memories.

Lynn loved Terry. She loved music. She loved Christmas. She loved her pet Zoie. She delighted in her nephews and nieces and their children. She loved us. And we loved her.
