Marilyn S. Fairley, 79, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016. Se was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts to Robert and Rita Soucy. She moved to Providence, Rhode Island at the age of 6, where she spent the majority of her childhood. Marilyn married her husband Carl in 1960 and has enjoyed 56 years of marriage. They moved to Central Florida in 1972 and have lived in the Longwood area for over 20 years.

Marilyn was an educator teacher for 30 years and reitred from the Orange County Public School System. She taught Middle, Junior and High School. Marilyn was also an incredible housewife who loved crafts. She belonged the the Red Hat Society, Altamonte Springs Women's Club, she was an active member of Annunciation Church, participating with the Beatitudes, Why Catholic and the All Faiths Group.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Carl Fairley; daughter, Paige Fairley Cieslik; Granddaughters, Danielle, Carley and Cassandra; sisters, Patricia and Roberta, and several nieces and nephews. Marilyn is predeceased by her parents, Robert and Rita and her sister, Jean.
