Maria Conception Santalis died peacefully in her bed on February 29th, 2024 in Winter Garden, Florida at the age of 88 years old.

Maria is survived by her son Ray Santalis, her daughter-in-law Roseanne Santalis, and her grandchildren Christopher and Samantha Santalis, of Winter Garden, Florida.
She is preceded in death by her late husband Rene Santalis Sr. of Winter Garden, Florida.

Maria was born on December 15th, 1935 in Michoacan, Mexico to Felipe Alvarez and Gracia Alvarez. She married Rene Santalis Sr., her soulmate, in 1963. She lived a wonderful life, and made everyone she met feel welcome and loved.

A viewing and mass will be held on March 5th in Holy Family Catholic Church inside the Chapel, outside the main church, at 5125 S Apopka Vineland Rd, Orlando, FL 32819. The viewing will be held at 10am, and the mass will begin directly after at 11am. The mass will be officiated by Father Martin Nguyen.

After the mass, the son, Ray Santalis, and his wife will be holding a short reception for anyone to attend. Further details will be provided in person after the mass has concluded.
