Margaret Doris McBride, 87, of Sanford, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on February 15, 2019 in Sanford, Florida. Nearly everyone who knew her knew her as Mom or Grandma.

Graveside services and burial, for family and friends, will be at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Apopka on, February 19 , 2019 at 2:00PM. Arrangements are being made by DeGusipe Funeral Home in Sanford.

Margaret Doris McBride was born in McRae, Georgia to George and Mary Carter on January 1, 1932. She was married to Delbert Eugene McBride for 35 years until he passed away in 1986. She retired from Coca Cola formerly known as Hi-Acres in 1985.

Her husband, Delbert Eugene McBride and her sons, Dennis Eugene McBride and Bruce George McBride, precede Margaret in death.

Her sister Judy Ann Carter, her brother Rob Carter, her son Wade Douglas McBride, her daughters, Sharon McBride, Jenni McBride, Bonnie Colleen McBride Cillo, Marianne Wendy McBride, survives Margaret. She also leaves behind 22 Grandchildren, 43 great-Grandchildren and 6 great great-Grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her Grandsons, Brian McBride, Michael McBride, Sean McBride, Joey Williams, Robert Williams and Tommy Williams.

The family of Margaret wishes to extend our sincere thanks to VITAS Healthcare and also a special thanks to her daughter Marianne and grandson Tommy for the great care given to our Mom/Grandma.
