Magdi Nasri Shebbein, 66, of Apopka, Florida, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, September 21, 2015 at his home. Born in Cairo, Egypt to Raymonde and Nasri Shebbein, he was the youngest of two. He studied Agriculture at Cairo University and spoke Arabic, French, English and Spanish. He ran many successful greenhouse operations in Puerto Rico and Florida. In his spare time he enjoyed cooking, hosting dinner parties, reading, watching James Bond movies, painting, and spending time with his family.

Magdi is survived by his wife, Patricia (née McComas), of 16 years and his daughter, Mireille Christine Gennaro (Joe) and two grandchildren, Julian Nash and Amelie Marisa all of whom he adored with infinite love.

The family will receive friends at a Mass on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi: 834 S Orange Blossom Trail, Apopka, FL 32703.
