On the afternoon of January 21st, Mabel A. Duggan passed away peacefully in Sanford, FL. Mabel was 88 years old. Mabel was born on March 1, 1926 in Reading, PA and moved to Sanford in 1960 with her family. She owned Hair-A-Rangers Styling Salon for over 20 years in Sanford. She is predeceased by husband of 66 years Peter J. Duggan. She is survived by only daughter Karen Wallace and husband Al Wallace, Grandaughter Tiffany Doreste and Husband Fernando, great grandsons Noah and Ezra Doreste, granddaughter Allison Cremeno and husband Mike, and Cousins John Spolski, Kevin Spolski, Johnny Spolski, and Janell Hester.


There will be a Celebration of Life Reception on January 31, 2015 from 3 to 5 pm at the home of Karen and Al Wallace 203 Crystal View S Sanford, FL 32773. Friends welcome.
