Luticia Gormly Lee, 91, of Sanford passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at her home surrounded by family. Born on September 28, 1923 to Eleanor Katherine (Roberts) and Charles Ernest Gormly, Jr., Luticia was a lifelong resident of Sanford. With her younger brother Charles Ernest Gormly III, she attended Sanford schools and graduated from Seminole High School. Her interests revolved around her family and home. She was an early do-it-yourselfer and enjoyed gardening, painting, refinishing furniture, knitting, and crocheting. She loved to read and spend time with her family. She was a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church of Sanford. She and her husband were the second of four generations to be married at First United Methodist.
She is survived by her children Kathy Dingle (New Smyrna Beach, FL), Linda (Doug) Maliczowski (Sanford, FL), James Lee, Jr. (Fort Lauderdale, FL); granchildren Lee (Tim) Dotson (Orlando, FL), Jamie (Amie) Dingle (Gainesville, FL), Joshua (Kristy) Maliczowski (Ormond Beach, FL); great-grandchildren Kory and Shelby Dotson, Jennie and James Dingle; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, brother, husband James G. Lee, and son-in-law Dennis G. Dingle.

A memorial service will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Sanford on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 11:00 am. A reception will immediately follow at the church.
