WOODS, Lucy A., 87, passed away on April 2, 2024 in St. Petersburg, FL. Born on January 5, 1937 in Cambridge, MA as one of 10 children and moved to Florida in 1963. She is survived by her daughter Luanne Woods, St. Petersburg, FL and one brother Gerard Joseph Martin, Cambridge, MA and many, many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Frank of 38 years (1993), her son Frank David (1983), her son Edward Louis (2022) and her daughter Andrea Lucy (1964). She will be dearly missed by family and friends. A memorial service will be held at DeGusipe Funeral Home 3530 49th St. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33710 on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 6-8pm, with a eulogy and readings given at 7pm. A funeral mass will be given at the Holy Cross Catholic Church 7851 54th Ave. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33709 at 10:00 am on Thursday, April 11, 2024 followed by a short burial and graveside service at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery 5233 118th Ave. N., Clearwater, FL 33760 where her immediate family has previously been laid to rest. A lunch reception at 12:30pm will follow the graveside service. Family and friends are invited to attend.
