Survivors are parents, Don and Nancy Shollenbarger, Clermont, FL, Daughter, Nicole Gaines, Jacksonville, FL, Son, David Gaines, Jacksonville, FL, Sister, Denise Helmers Brown, Gallatin, TN, Brother, Rick Shollenbarger, Clermont, FL, six grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She graduated from Maynard Evans High School, Orlando, FL, in 1979. She had worked at American Hotel Registry, Orlando, FL, as a warehouse technician. She loved bowling and boating.
