Obituary

Linda Ruth Williams (Parsons) 73, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2022, after a brave and courageous fight with cancer. Linda was born in Kingsport, TN on September 8, 1948, to Lawrence and Ruth Parsons (Long).

She worked with several prominent Doctors throughout her career. The last 20 years, Linda owned her own Medical Billing company for mental health professionals. Linda was always happy when family was around. She was very proud of her daughters and granddaughter. Linda was best described as being "very kind" and having an "infectious smile and laugh." Linda loved to be outside and could often be found in the evenings on her porch with a glass or two of wine. She enjoyed reading, being on the water and "digging in the dirt." Linda volunteered with several ministries in the church, to include Shepherds Hope and Religious Education for Children. Linda was an active member in her church community at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Mt. Dora, FL.
