Lilliam Lugo Oquendo, died peacefully at home surrounded by beloved family in Sanford, Florida on August 24th, 2022 at the age of 78.
Lilliam is survived by Luis Santiago, her beloved son.
Lilliam was born on April 11th 1944 in Yauco, Puerto Rico to Carlos Lugo and Aleida Oquendo.
Her son Luis describes Lilliam as the most loving and gentle woman he ever has known. He is appreciative of the time God allowed her to be by his side.
