Leon Frederick Brookins passed away peacefully on August 18, 2020, in Altamonte Springs, FL. He was born on July 16, 1946, in Winter Park, FL to Louise Wilson and John P. Brookins.

He leaves to cherish his memory, Yvonne Brookins his wife; children Tera Brookins and Noel Brookins; sisters Marva Carter and Chenetta Ross; brother Robert Gadson; many other loving relatives and a host of faithful friends.

A celebration of his life will occur at 10:00am, Saturday, September 5, 2020, at Pineywood Cemetery, 1810 S. Lakemont Ave., Winter Park, FL 32803.
